I’m on the Metropolitan line heading home — it’s 20:43pm, and the carriage is full.

There was a time in my life my dad would not let it go.

And I used to sit there thinking…

So start there.
- Read for 20 minutes a day
- Learn a new skill
- Listen to something that stretches your thinking
Nothing dramatic.
Just consistent.
Because something shifts when you start investing in yourself.
You begin to think differently.
Move differently.
See things you didn’t see before.
And whether it’s that opportunities start showing up…
or you simply become more aware of them…
Either way — things change.
So start today.
Invest in you.
And give it time.
Because like any real investment…
it needs to grow.
