Do I like doing 75 HARD?
Absolutely not.
Will I do it again?
Absolutely yes.
Let me tell you why.
The Truth About 75 HARD – It’s Not Just a Challenge. It’s a Mirror.
This was my second round of 75 HARD, and let me tell you — it hit different. Not because the workouts were harder or because the reading felt more profound (though it did). It hit different because I’ve changed. This time, I came into it more self-aware, more intentional, and less available for B.S.
The truth is: I don’t do this challenge because it’s trendy or for aesthetic goals. I do it because it unlocks something in me that I didn’t even know was there. It shows me what I’m truly capable of when I strip away distractions, excuses, and noise.
75 HARD has taught me what it actually means to live with intention. Not the Pinterest version. The gritty, real-life version:
- Every bite of food I ate was intentional.
- Every sip of water was intentional.
- Every book I chose to read was intentional.
- What I watched, listened to, or entertained — all filtered through the lens of alignment.
When you’re living with intention, your standards get higher. You start noticing what dulls your energy vs what sharpens your focus. What feeds your mind vs what fogs it up. And once you taste that level of clarity — you can’t go back.
I Said No — A Lot. And I Meant It.
This time around, I was brutal with my No’s. If something didn’t serve my peace, my purpose, or my progress — it was a no. Too bad if someone didn’t understand it. I wasn’t explaining myself.
I wasn’t available for small talk, nonsense convos, or energy-draining check-ins that existed just to talk crap.
I didn’t let noise pollute my clarity. I protected my mind like it was sacred ground — because it is.
Here’s what happened when I doubled down:
- I felt better — physically, mentally, emotionally.
- I made smarter decisions — in business, in life, in every space I show up.
- I saved so much money — no junk food, no takeaways, no impulsive cravings dictating my wallet.
- I gained time — because I wasn’t wasting it on empty interactions or procrastination.
It’s wild how much time and energy we actually have… once we stop giving it away to things that don’t matter.
What’s Next?
This isn’t the end. If anything, it’s just the beginning. I’ll be keeping many of the habits because I love the way I feel when I’m aligned in body, mind, and spirit.
And I know there’s more to unlock. More growth. More inner work. More stretching into my next level.
So no — I don’t “enjoy” doing 75 HARD. But I love who I become through it.
And I’ll keep choosing that version of me — every time.
To anyone wondering if it’s worth it?
Only if you’re ready to meet the version of you that doesn’t make excuses, doesn’t tolerate mediocrity, and doesn’t wait for permission to elevate.
Welcome to the other side.
